hello scrappy friends!
it is my turn over at MERLY IMPRESSIONS' blog today and i've prepared a short tutorial for you - mix and match your favourite KAISERCRAFT collections for an unique, tailor-made colour combination!
"BELIEVE IN MIRACLES"
to create my layout i needed a green and purple colour palette, so i decided to mix one of the newest KAISERCRAFT collections “honey chai” with last year’s “lavendar haze”. both collections have really soft shaded colours and they look perfect together.
for my background i used the VIOLET pattern paper from LAVENDAR HAZE.
i altered my background with different KAISERCRAFT clear stamps {diamonds background stamp, lattice background stamp and kaleidoscope collection stamps}.
to create my layout i needed a green and purple colour palette, so i decided to mix one of the newest KAISERCRAFT collections “honey chai” with last year’s “lavendar haze”. both collections have really soft shaded colours and they look perfect together.
for my background i used the VIOLET pattern paper from LAVENDAR HAZE.
i added the large frame from HONEY CHAI “all spice” die cut paper and a rhinestone corner swirly {from one of the vintage KAISERCRAFT collections} to complete my composition.
i altered my background with different KAISERCRAFT clear stamps {diamonds background stamp, lattice background stamp and kaleidoscope collection stamps}.
and as usual i did a lot of fussy cutting, using the special gloss papers from both collections – “clove” {HONEY CHAI} and “puce” {LAVENDAR HAZE}...
and the 6.5" paper pad from the HONEY CHAI collection.
to add extra dimension to my design, i embossed all the embellishments and adhered them with mounting tape to my page.
i also used the collectables packages from both collections {LAVENDAR HAZE and HONEY CHAI} and a lot of RANGER INK silver glitter glue.
i really love how the nature theme of the LAVENDAR HAZE collection fits perfectly with the 5 o'clock tea motives of HONEY CHAI!

This is so beautiful, Emmy!
Very pretty indeed. Love the colors - it all came together nicely with all your little embellishments.
