TIP! use a combination of glitter paste, stencils and mists to enhance your background!
TIP! tore the pattern papers to reveal their white core - it will make your layers more distinct!
use rhinestones and pearls to decorate the die cuts from the COLLECTABLES pack.
mat the stickers on a pattern paper to create a frame around your title.
