hello crafty friends!
i'm finally back from my vacation :-) greece and bulgaria are lovely this time of the year - 30 degrees, blue sky and empty beaches... what more can you wish for...
today i would like to share a project i made for THE PAPERHAUS magazine blog in the beginning of the month -
"just an ordinary day"
i've had these pictures for a while now, but I just couldn't find the right papers, nor the inspiration to
create a page for them.
then when i saw the lovely glittery die cut from MY MIND'S EYE "just an ordinary day" and i knew that this was the perfect collection for my pictures.
after all, it was just an ordinary day in the park :-)
i based my layout on MY CREATIVE SKETCHES april sketch:
for my layout i used MY MIND'S EYE lost & found two {rosy} paper line – the colors were perfect for the pictures and having a lot of glitter on the papers was just what i was looking for.
i used a lot of pre-made embellishments from the same collection, but i also created my own, using different SPELLBINDERS' cutting dies and MARTHA STEWART edge punches.
for the banner i used SPELLBINDERS' "picot edge circles" die and different colours patter paper.
i hope you enjoyed my post today!
have a fabulous weekend!
hugs 'n smiles,
Emmy
