hello bloggers,
when I saw the AMAZING colour palette at color combos galore this week i could not resist!
the moment i saw these colours i knew exactly which paper line i will use - basic grey "URBAN PRAIRIE"! it's the perfect collection for this palette!
so, here is my "FANCY LITTLE CHICK" layout:
on the pictures - my little elise, being ADORABLE in the park! she was about 1 year old, but she already knew that she wants to wear only skirts and dresses...:-)
with this layout i'm also participating in the july edge punch challenge hosted at my creative scrapbook. make sure to check it out - there is still enough time to apply!
as i mentioned above, i used basic grey's "URBAN PRAIRIE" collection - papers and chipboard. i started with the off white sheet, which i sprayed with glimmer mist "BUBBLE GUM". i also stamped some pink swirls on it.
the yellow rose and the yellow sculpture flower are from PRIMA marketing. the white one is from PETALOO. i sprayed it with perfect pearls to create the off-white colour.
i used ranger liquid pearls - PINK and WHITE, to embellish the stamped swirls. the pink chick comes from the matching chipboard elements pack.
i used the WONDERFUL martha stewart edge punch "pansy"to create the flowery edge.
the yellow flower is from PRIMA marketing, as is the little yellow rose.
some more chipboard elements and hand-made butterflies:-)
and my title. for the word "FANCY" I used basic grey alphabet from another collection. it was light blue, but thanks to my FAVOURITE copic ciao i managed to get the colour i needed!:-) i used the chippy birdie for the word "CHICK". the pink alpha i have from a long time ago, but i really have no idea anymore from where/whom i've got it.
thanks for stopping by! i do appreciate every visit and comment!:-)
hugs 'n smiles,
Emmy
