rylan quinn {DT work heartfelt creations}

good morning scrappy friends!

as i promised, i'm sharing today my latest layout i created for HEARTFELT CREATIONS - "rylan quinn":

i used the following heartfelt creations products:

i begun by shaping the background paper {me & my big ideas 12 x 12" baby boy stack} with the punch around the page set from martha stewart. the square stitched frame i made using my all times favourite sew easy tool and a white DMC thread. i made two lines of stitches to accent the middle area. for the stamped corners i used the rye grass flourish precut set and a brown pearl for extra glam.

the corners of the picture are rounded with a corner punch and then i added a layer of pattern paper under it. i stitch the picture to the pattern paper and added another layer of brown cardstock. finally, i embellish the photo with buttons {stitched them} and stickers.

the middle square is made from pattern paper {19,5 x 19,5 cm} and brown cardstock {20 x 20 cm}. i added a brown border on the top {made with the decorative butterfly / border die}. the brown / blue swirl is made with the HC layered elegant swirl die

for the title i used a piece of pattern paper, brown cardstock and the scrap works “flea market” cardstock alphabet. i attached it to my layer with 3d foam tape to create different layers.

finally i added my sunburst flowers to the page. for a complete tutorial on how to create the sunburst blossoms, click HERE.

i hope you enjoyed today's post!
