ALWAYS live full the life {SA CRAFTERS & 7 DOTS STUDIO}

hello crafty friends!

today is mu turn over at SA CRAFTERS' blog and i would like to share my newest creation + a video tutorial i made using their lovely designs!

"ALWAYS live full the LIFE you have imagined"

my layout was inspired by 7 DOTS STUDIO february challenge "HEARTS"

the challenge was really easy - just use HEARTS on your project! and if you ask me these pictures can carry a lot of hearts!

for my layout i mixed two paper collections from 7 dots studio:

"ALL I EVER"

"HOPEFULLY"

for my background i used the "love and be loved" pattern paper from "all i ever" and "dance with me" pattern paper from "hopefully". i cut out the swirly decoration and tucked the second pattern paper under.

i stamped the background with PRIMA marketing "doily" stamp and used SA CRAFTERS 6x6 arrow stencil to create the dimensional pattern around my pictures.

i used various chippies and wooden embellishments to decorate my layout. some of them i altered with black embossing powder, others with TATTERED ANGELS glimmer glaze "black olive".

the nice foliage is from SA CRAFTERS chipboard set "leaves no.1".

the small hearts are from the wood mini hearts sentiments set.

and of course there are a lot of hearts on my page - paper doilies,  wooden embellishments, stamped images and resin ornaments.

the lovely stickers are from 7 DOTS STUDIO all i ever collection.

the flowers are from PRIMA marketing:

#538934 fiesta flowers coral sea
#301033 e-line flowers pink
#556792 miss godivas blush
#556846 miss godivas marshmallow
#553036 gillian white

 and PETALOO - spring darjeeling colleciton.

for my title i used another chipboard set from SA CRAFTERS - chipboard title sentiment family always.

i stamped the subtitle with KAISERCRAFT "life sentiments" clear stamp.

courageous {MERLY IMPRESSIONS & KAISERCRAFT}

hello crafty peeps!

i would like to share a layout i created for MERLY IMPRESSIONS.CO.UK, featuring KAISERCRAFT game on! collection -

"COURAGEOUS"

i really like this collection! though the papers are designed for a specific sport, you can mix-match them and create your own set for any type of adventure!

i started with kaisercard coconut weave cardstock, which i cut to 29 x 29 cm. then i sprayed the middle part of my cardstock with DYLUSIONS ink sprayslemon zest and melted chocolate. when the ink had dried, i added the stamped pattern at the edges using KAISERCRAFT film edges clear stamp with black ink and lattice clear stamp with TIM HOLTZ mini distress ink pads – salty ocean. to finish off my background design, i hand stitched the black frame and sprinkled some blue and brown DYLUSIONS ink sprays on top of it.

when i was satisfied with the result, i adhered the already altered coconut weave cardstock onto KAISERCRAFT game on! – player pattern paper.

the coloured rub ons borders are from the TECHNOLOGIC collection.

 to give more dimension to my layout i added two layers under my picture – i used team mate and player patter papers. i distressed their edges using TIM HOLTZ paper distresser tool.

the paper die cuts and embellishments are from the COLLECTABLES packages matching the collection – equipment and awards.

for the journalling spot and some of the paper stripes, i used GAME ON attitude pattern paper.

the rest of the embellishments – banners, quotes – are from the sticker sheets – aussie rules and soccer sticker sheets.

 to finish off my design i added black lace and black rhinestones and some more of the coloured rub-ons from the TECHNOLOGIC collection.

i hope you enjoyed today’s post!

have a lovely week!

WARNING! GYMNAST! {merly impressions & kaisercraft}

hello crafty peeps!

i have another fun KAISERCRAFT project to share with you today, i made using a mix of two of KAISERCRAFT’s best collections – GAME ON and LAVENDAR HAZE. i chose this colour combination {black – lavender – aqua – white}, because i think it is perfect for the picture of my sweet goddaughter EMMA.

 to create my background i used KAISERCARD coconut weave cardstock. i added a layer of lavender colour dotted pattern using KAISERCRAFT bubble wrap background clear stamp. then i added the edge pattern, using the KC lattice background stamp and film edges clear stamp, and the dimensional layer using modelling paste and THE CRAFTER'S WORKSHOP  "mini tile texture" masking template.

to finish off the design of my background i splattered DYLUSIONS ink sprays on the cardstock and added a purple edge with RANGER liquid pearls lavender lace

 i created the various paper strips and embellishments using different pattern papers – from the GAME ON collection: PERFORM, ATTITUDE; and from the LAVENDAR HAZE collection: AMETHYST, PUCE GLOSS PAPER and die cuts from the matching Collectables packages – GAME ON, equipment and LAVENDAR HAZE

for my title i used an aqua sentiment block from the PERFORM pattern paper.

after i arranged my embellishments, i doodled the arrows using TIM HOLTZ' layering stencil arrows and a black artistic pen.

 i’ve added a hidden journalling tag on my page. i cut out the label from KAISERCARD coconut weave cardstock. for the purple lacey pattern i used the corner stamp from the KAISERCRAFT storyteller clear stamp set and for the sentiment – two of the phrases from the blubelle stamp set.

 and of course there can be no layout without rhinestones – black and lace. the pretty coloured baker twine is from WE R MEMORY KEEPERS – sew easy line. i used twine spool black and twine spool purple.

here is a list with some of the products i used on this project:
