rock star {DT work for heartfelt creations}

hello scrappy friends!

it's wednesday and it is time for another reveal at HEARTFELT CREATIONS. today i've got a little bit different {from my usual style} project to share -

ROCK STAR

HEARTFELT CREATIONS products used on this project:
HCPC 3433 Book Frame 1 PreCut Set
HCPC 3447 Window Accents PreCut Set
HCPC 3473 Tattered Background PreCut Set
HCPC 3458 Western Collage PreCut Set
HCPC 3465 Palisade Farmstead PreCut Set
HCPC 3470 Broken Cinder Blocks PreCut Set
HCD 721 Rustic Western Elements Die
HCD 718 Decorative Chateau Gate Die
HCD 713 Decorative Lace Border Die
Labels Seven Nestabilities

i begun by covering a white cardstock by blending TIM HOLTZ" “fired birck”, “spiced marmalade” and “wild honey” distress inks in the middle. for the edges i used “peeled paint” and “weathered wood”. then i  stamped the cracked frame with HC broken cinder blocks set.

when the ink dried i stamped the wood pattern from HC window accents set in the middle of the page and the guitar from HC western collage set at the left bottom corner. i colored the guitar with DERWENT aquarelle pencils and separated the grid of the standing one from the background.

i stamped and die cut a wooden fence using HC palisade farmstead set and HC rustic western elements die. then i stamped and cut the note book with HC rustic western elements die and spellbinders labels seven nestabilities and added them to my layout.

i then cut the window swirls with HC decorative chateau gate die and the decorative lace with HC decorative lace border die. i decorated the cardstock elements with RANGER liquid pearls.

for the past few weeks the team of HEARTFELT CREATIONS is bursting at the seams with a secret! we will be having a special sneak peek next wednesday, july 4th of a new product line that will be debuting at summer CHA 2012. we can't wait to let you in on this secret. make sure to take a break from your festivities next wednesday and visit the HEARTFELT CREATIONS blog!
