time is slipping away

hello scrappy friends!

today i had a lot of fun paying with the newest sketch at my creative sketches.

though, this picture from THEO and ELISE is far from perfect i really like the way ELISE is holding his little hand and leading him to something WONDERFUL and EXCITING {the playground}.

it seems like YESTERDAY when little baby THEO was taking his first steps and TODAY he is running as fast as he can. TIME is slipping away... and unfortunately there is nothing i can do about it.

but at least i'll always have my memories and at least about 1000 pictures to scrap:-)

for my background i used white cardstock, tim holtz' "BROKEN CHINA" distress ink pad and TATTERED TRAVELLER glimmer screens.

all the LOVELY colourful papers and from the GORGEOUS "ladies and gents" collection from webster's pages. i used the clocks to emphasize my title - i thought they are really appropriate for the occasion.

the picture had a few frames around it to create extra dimension on my layout. i added liquid pearls {white opal and baby blue} and stickles COPPER glitter glue to the frames.

the stickers are from the alphabet cardstock stickers from the same collection. the sub-title i wrote by hand with a gliier pen. the butterflies are stamped with PRIMA marketing clear stamp and colorbox brown ink.

the cute little banners are cut by hand and i used some of the phrases from the IMAGE and PHRASE cardstock stickers. the background stamp is from INKADINKADO "steam punk" clear stamps set.

some more clocks and swirls:

i used a fabric ticket from another webster's collection - trendsetter:

hugs 'n smiles,
Emmy
